Your instructor will arrive at your accommodation with mats and essential equipment, so you can simply enjoy the experience without any preparation.

    Our team will check availability and send you all the details of the experience.
  3. Confirmation & payment
    To confirm the booking, a deposit is required via a secure Stripe payment link. Once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the final details of your experience.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the following policy before booking.

Booking & Payment
All sessions must be requested via email and are subject to availability. A full advance payment is required to confirm the booking via secure Stripe payment link.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to 3 days before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the experience will be eligible for a 50% refund.

Class Customization
Each session is tailored to the participants’ level and preferences. Any specific requests or physical conditions should be communicated in advance.

Equipment & Group Size
The instructor provides mats and basic equipment for up to 6 participants.
For larger groups, guests are responsible for arranging additional mats and equipment.

Force Majeure & Service Guarantee
In the event of force majeure or if Agrumity is unable to deliver the service as agreed, a full refund of the experience will be provided.

Location & Requirements
The experience can only take place in villas or apartments where guests are staying, and must be approved by the hosting property.
A suitable space must be available to safely conduct the session.
