Highlights

Discover the only 100% gluten-free cooking class in the Sorrento Peninsula! Created by locals and a professional chef to share authentic regional flavors with a menu designed for both celiac guests and everyone else.

Full Description

Join Chef Geppi on a charming family-run farm in Sorrento for an authentic Italian cooking class — 100% gluten-free and full of local flavor.

After a warm welcome and a refreshing aperitivo, you’ll prepare a traditional menu inspired by the Sorrento Coast: hand-rolled potato gnocchi, eggplant parmigiana rolls, and a light lemon dessert made with the farm’s own citrus during lemon season.

Guided step by step by your professional chef, you’ll learn simple techniques to create naturally gluten-free dishes using fresh local ingredients. This beginner-friendly class is designed for small groups, couples, and families — including those with celiac needs.

Once the cooking is done, sit down together to enjoy the dishes you’ve made, with drinks included. To finish, toast with homemade limoncello and take home a digital recipe booklet to recreate the flavors of Sorrento in your own kitchen.
