This experience is perfect for families, couples, friends, influencers, and anyone who loves nature, tradition, and authentic flavors. You’ll leave with the lemons you’ve picked, ideal for enjoying or using in your own culinary creations.

The lemon-picking season runs from March through early September, though availability can vary depending on weather. You might meet Minù, the farm’s friendly dog, and if you’re sensitive to insects, bringing repellent during the summer months is recommended.

Changing or Cancelling Your Booking

You can modify your reservation or cancel it up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Simply use the link provided in your confirmation email, contact your operator, or reach out to us via WhatsApp or Contact Us.

If you cancel within 48 hours of the start time, you will receive a full refund. Please note that we are unable to refund deposits paid directly to hosts, as these are managed independently by our partner venues.

Cancellations Due to Bad Weather

Since this experience takes place mostly outdoors, it may need to be canceled due to bad weather, sometimes with as little as 24 hours' notice. If this happens, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email, so please check your messages. In the event of a weather-related cancellation, you will automatically receive a full refund.

Cancellations Due to Force Majeure

If the experience is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will issue a full refund directly to the original payment method. You will be notified as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email.

No-Show and Late Arrivals

If you do not show up for the experience, we won’t be able to offer a refund. If you anticipate being late, please notify us via WhatsApp. We allow a 15-minute grace period and will do our best to accommodate you, but advance notice is appreciated so we can assist you accordingly.

Can I book a pick-up service?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a pick-up service.

Is there parking available at the farm?

Yes, of course! You can park inside both farms.

Can I book a private group tour?

Absolutely! Feel free to contact us via email or Instagram to check availability.

Do you offer gluten-free options?

You’ll mostly taste lemons, lemonade, and limoncello. For our jams, we also have gluten-free cookies!

In which languages are the tours available?

All of our tours are conducted in English.

Are the farms pet-friendly?

Yes, both farms are pet-friendly! At Giovanni’s farm, there are kittens, and at Tonino’s farm, you’ll meet Minù, a friendly little white dog. If you're afraid of animals, please let us know!
